The opening of the LANDEURO exhibition, which took place on 16–17 July 2025 at the RheinMain Congress Centre in Wiesbaden, was a landmark event for the European land defence sector. Organised by the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) with the support of the USA Army Europe and Africa Command, this event is positioned as an annual international platform for discussing trends, challenges and prospects for defence cooperation. For the first time, an international symposium and exhibition were held simultaneously.
The central theme of the event — “Transformation with allies for future warfare” — determined the content of conferences, panel discussions and seminars. Among the key areas highlighted were lessons learned from the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and current trends in weapons development.
Alongside the business programme, a large-scale exhibition of the latest defence technologies was held. It featured:
- modern land forces platforms from leading USA and EU manufacturers;
- C4ISR systems and tactical communications equipment from specialised European companies;
- anti-drone systems, UAVs and robotic platforms;
- updated models of weapons and auxiliary equipment to improve the mobility and protection of troops;
- innovative solutions in the field of logistics, technical support and combat training.
Representatives of the defence industry were given the opportunity to showcase their technological achievements, establish new partnerships and hold substantive talks on potential cooperation.
Participation of the AKM GROUP-CZ team
The AKM GROUP-CZ team participated in LANDEURO 2025 as guests of the exhibition. Company representatives held a series of working meetings with defence system manufacturers, technology partners and representatives of government agencies from several countries.
The focus during the participation was on:
- analysing the presented technologies and their potential for integration into the company’s projects;
- establishing contacts with innovative manufacturers of mobility and UAV countermeasures and communication equipment;
- assessing the prospects for further cooperation with partners from Europe and North America.
Participation in LANDEURO gave the AKM GROUP-CZ team an opportunity to expand its business network, strengthen its expert vision of technological trends, and choose directions for the company’s strategic development in the context of the dynamic transformation of the defence sector.
LANDEURO 2025 demonstrated the importance of ongoing dialogue between the military, industry, and political institutions. For AKM GROUP-CZ, participation in the event was a source of new analytical data, an opportunity to strengthen international cooperation, and confirmation of the relevance of further integrating innovative solutions into its own projects.
The company will continue to work on expanding partnerships and implementing modern defence technologies, focusing on the needs of European security alliances.
