INDODEFENCE 2014, one of the largest defense events in Southeast Asia, was held from November 5 to 8, 2014 in Jakarta.
In attendance were major concerns from the US, UK, France and Germany and, of course, representatives of the local defense industry. The country pavilions represented Indonesia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Poland, Republic of Belarus, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, UK, USA, Turkey and many others.
At the exhibition, much attention was paid to armaments, including missile systems and ammunition.
A variety of advanced air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles adapted for use on various aircraft platforms were presented.

“INDODEFENCE 2014 confirmed that the Asia=Pacific market is actively growing. We saw a growing interest in integrating precision components into modern weapon systems. Participation in the exhibition allowed us to strengthen ties with regional partners, as well as to get to know better the requirements of Asian customers to the quality and characteristics of military and dual-use goods,” said the representative of AKM Group-CZ.
For AKM Group-CZ, attending INDODEFENCE 2014 was an excellent opportunity to expand its presence in the region. As a result of participation, the foundation for long-term cooperation with new customers was laid.
