Thanks to its own logistics infrastructure, the AKM Group-CZ team has reached a new level in terms of intensity of delivering of military and dual-use goods.
This week, a consignment of 82 mm mortar shells was delivered to the End User.
The 82 mm mortar shell is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 3,000 metres. These mortar shells can be used on the front mainly (but not only) in small arms troops (battalion level) as artillery support.
The AKM Group-CZ team also delivered 12.7 × 108 mm large-calibre cartridges. They are widely used for firing large-calibre machine guns to engage targets at ranges of over 1,500 metres.
‘This is only part of the deliveries planned for the next fortnight. Another batch of 12.7 × 108 mm ammunition is being prepared for dispatch soon,’ said a spokesman for AKM Group-CZ.
