On 4-5 March, Nuremberg, Germany hosted the EnforceTac 2015 exhibition – a platform for professionals to discuss key security topics, including weapons, communication systems, tactical equipment and defence technologies. The focus of this annual exhibition is primarily on solutions for law enforcement and special forces. According to the organisers, more than 300 companies participated this time. Among the main exhibits were weapons, body armour, surveillance systems, communication equipment and special vehicles.
The emphasis of the exhibition was on modern solutions to improve the operational efficiency and protection of force units. Particular attention was paid to unmanned systems, which are being actively implemented in tactical operations, especially mini-drones for rapid response and increased mobility. Among many, new developments using drones with high-quality cameras capable of operating in low visibility and difficult terrain were presented by market leaders Aeryon Labs and Rheinmetall.
‘We would like to note the secure communication systems presented at the exhibition. This direction is actively developing and is very relevant lately. The possibility of secure communication between tactical groups is extremely important in a high-threat environment,’ shared AKM Group-CZ representatives.
For AKM Group-CZ, the EnforceTac 2015 exhibition was an excellent opportunity to meet and dialogue with professionals in the field of protection and defence. As a result of a series of meetings with many international representatives of the defence sector, new supply contracts have already been outlined.
