An inspection of End User representatives took place on the territory of our company. The purpose of the commission was to familiarise themselves with the business processes in AKM Group-CZ, to communicate with the staff, to assess the company’s material base, as well as to verify the availability of weapons and ammunition in our warehouses.
In turn, representatives of AKM Group-CZ provided full access to the inspection of the company’s facilities.Representatives of the commission visited the head office of AKM Group-CZ, got acquainted with our material base, read the police registers, from which they received information about the balances of weapons and ammunition on the balance sheet of our company with the police, as well as a list of our registered warehouses for storing weapons and ammunition. We reviewed information on the inventory of defence products held in other countries and by manufacturers. They also reviewed the customs register, which revealed that the company even has a customs terminal. This information came as a surprise to the commission’s representatives.
The End User representatives also visited the company’s warehouses, where they were given the opportunity to fully inspect the premises with the products and their storage conditions. Particular attention was paid to the condition of the premises, storage conditions, quantity and nomenclature of the products in order to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
As a result of the inspection and the report prepared, the management of the inspecting party decided to co-operate with AKM Group-CZ. At the moment the list of goods to be ordered has been determined and the process of contract signing has started.
