AKM GROUP – CZ has defined a set of procedures to ensure the highest quality of services provided. Shooting ammunition samples is one of such procedures, strict adherence to which guarantees that the End User will receive ammunition that meets quality and reliability standards.
In early April, a team of AKM GROUP – CZ specialists and officers of the End User organized a shooting of the VOG-17 grenade at a test site in the Republic of Bulgaria.
Main objectives of the firing:
- Visual inspection of the ammunition
- Checking product marking
- Packaging quality
- Compliance of batch numbers with certificate
- Checking the functionality of samples for misfires
- Warhead hitting accuracy and activation
A whole day of fruitful work by AKM GROUP – CZ specialists and officers of the end user yielded good results: no misfires, confirmation of the declared flight range of the ammunition, as well as the activation of all ammunition`s warheads and its accuracy.
The tactical and technical characteristics were confirmed by the commission, and an act was drawn up to this effect.
The successful shooting of the VOG-17 grenade at the test site in the Republic of Bulgaria became an important step towards the preparation and signing of a contract for the supply of this ammunition to the End User.
